During most months of the year they live in high seas, moving in large herds along the coast during summer and autumn for reproduction.
Nutritional properties As all cephalopods, it is rich in mineral salts such as sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, vitamins (especially A), with a fair amount of proteins.
